Big Day of Giving is a 24-hour online giving challenge that brings together the region's nonprofit community to help raise much needed unrestricted funds and shine a spotlight on the work that nonprofits do to make the Sacramento region the place we call home. Big Day of Giving is organized by the Sacramento Region Community Foundation and their affiliates.
Why should I donate?
The library's dedicated Teen Room provides a space for young people to work on projects, access free Wi-Fi, and explore a collection of print and audio-visual materials in a judgement free and welcoming atmosphere - your donations will help achieve this goal.
This year the library is looking to update its Teen Room to include amenities that will enhance the 21st century and information literacy skills of our young people to provide them with access to the kinds of dynamic and emerging technology that businesses increasingly depend upon in our ever-changing and fast paced world.
